I am a modern day life coach who loves to help clients see themselves more clearly.  My joy comes from working alongside and motivating my clients to reach their full potential.

From pioneering new programming around food allergies at a top pediatric hospital, to managing a clean beauty startup as they moved from the island of Nantucket to the city of Dallas, my work life has been innovative, meaningful & creative. 

As someone who has always been interested in the life path of successful women, I wrote my first book, You Never Know Until You Ask at the age of twenty three. The book has been the foundation of why I love to help others through asking the right questions. 

While I currently reside in the mountain town of Asheville, North Carolina, the gift of technology has made it so that I can take on clients globally - from New England in the US, to all across Europe!
